My most treasured and absolute favorite time of the year for self-care is in Autumn. I find it easiest to pamper myself and get cozy now more than ever. Self-care is any activity one does to take care of his or her mental, emotional, and physical health. It's important because it processes positive feelings, which improves confidence and self-esteem. Most people throughout the summer are either very busy, vacationing, or both. When this happens, self-care is sometimes forgotten due to the fact most people are comfortable and already feel at their best. Once the summer starts to settle down, we tend to spend less time vacationing and outside. This is why fall is a perfect time to self-care to have us feeling our best throughout the fall season too!
