The real question is, is it even possible to still look adorable and stylish when it's freezing outside? Three layers of clothing, staticy hair, and chapped lips? NO THANK YOU. The good thing is, is that you don't have to worry about that this year! Thankfully, I have come up with a few tips and tricks to stay toasty while still looking your best.
